Practicing the ‘Power of Now’ can be a beautiful experience!

“PRESENCE IS THE KEY to freedom, so you can only be free NOW “-Eckhart Tolle

According to the book – The Power of Now , Life is Now !

Here is a wonderful experience sharing by Kam Kannan in her own words practising the Power of NOW –

She was walking into a departmental store.Could have been better. So she thought maybe some experience might spice things up.She began to focus intensely of what was going on around her.

As she became very aware ,she was able to stop the thoughts and they were generated. She looked straight where there was a wall and light was shining on the wall.

She stood in silence and had an overwhelming feeling. It was so beautiful. At first .she did not believe her mind was telling her that is the reflection of a light bulb..The feeling was so good and when she saw the real light on the wall.

*Eckhart Tolle is an advocate for conscious living — being free from the anguish caused by corrosive habitual thinking patterns — and has produced a number of works on the subject. Eckhart Tolle is not the originator of conscious living: it goes back thousands of years. Tolle does, however, provide significant insights into conscious living in a way that’s generally easy to understand.

According to him, it is evident that our being is not only beyond, but deep within every form as its innermost invisible and indestructible essence.

*The Power Of Now – A Guide To Spiritual Enlightenment (Audio Book | Print Book | Kindle Edition)): An excellent primer, and instruction, on living life with conscious presence. By my thinking this is a definitive work on conscious living.

Practicing the Power of Now – Teachings, Meditations, And Exercises From The Power Of Now (Audio Book | Print Book |Kindle Edition): Follows up The Power Of Now with insights for practicing and reinforcing conscious living.

I dedicate this blog post to Kam Kannan and offer my heartfelt gratitude! Thank you for your sharing!
